Youth Leadership Program Nashville
Registration for our 3rd year of the Youth Leadership Program is complete!
The Youth Leadership Program is aimed at providing high school students the knowledge and resources to understand how to organize for important issues impacting the larger Nashville community.
From August - December, we will focus on learning leadership skills and understanding how to organize within the framework of a community. Students will have an opportunity to organize an event for the community in order to gain hands on experience.
All sessions will be at 11am on the following dates for the fall:
August 21st
September 18th
October 23rd
November TBD
From January - June, we will focus on workshops led by local organizations and community leaders to understand which issues affect the Nashville community and volunteer alongside those organizations in supporting their work.
This program is open to all high school students!
To register, please complete the form below. We will only be allowing a max 20 students for this year's group. Registration ends July 31st, 2021.
This program is run jointly by Anhar Institute and the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC).
*Note: We will be meeting in person for all sessions this year!
